Can I return or exchange my order?
All orders are final sale for sanitary reasons. Please reference our return policy page for further information. 

How are orders shipped?

Standard orders placed on Archive020.com will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Pre orders will ship by the posted ship by date on the product page. 

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS. International Orders are shipped via DHL Express. 

Free shipping for all domestic orders with a retail value of $60+.

*Please be advised that duties and taxes are not presented at checkout for international orders. They may be due upon delivery and is the responsibility of the buyer*

Can I cancel my order?

All orders placed on Archive020.com can be canceled within 3 business hours of the order being placed. 

Can I change my payment method after my order is placed?

No, once an order is placed you cannot change your payment method.

Example: If you place an order at 6AM PDT you have from 8AM to 11AM PDT to contact us with any requests.

Can I change my shipping address?

No, shipping addresses cannot be changed neither after an order is placed or dispatched. 

What payments do you accept?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, ShopPay, Discover, AfterPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Diners Club. 

 What is AfterPay?

AfterPay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. There is no minimum order requirement to use this service as long as you are approved by AfterPay.
